Vintage...

So ...Over break I had a bunch of free time.......

I made a writing journal with some vintage paper and lace :)

It was so easy to make and I write in it ALL THE TIME!

I made it out of an old composition notebook....
Step 1 was to pick out the paper to cover it with and any other accents that I wanted. :)

Then.... I hot glued the paper to the front and back covers of the composition notebook and painted over it with glitter :)

My next step was to glue on some vintage lace....

I punched holes in the front and back cover so that I would have a way to tie it closed :)

It was fun, easy, and inexpensive!

It's definitely a project that anyone can do!!!

I can't wait to share more of the crafts that I made while on Christmas vacation!!!! :)))

Second Helpings, Anyone????

I am officially moved in for my 2nd semester of college. :))))

I am so ready to start my classes and hang out with my suitemates.

Even though I can't wait to start my 2nd semester, I'm glad that I had 5 weeks for Christmas break! :)

Going on Wal-Mart dates with Andrea, making crafts, staying up late, and watching movies with my sister are a few of the things that I did over break....

We have the best time at Wal-Mart!!! :)

I wrapped an old coffee can with vintage paper...My new pencil holder :)

My Christmas break would have been so boring without my sister, she always knows how to make me laugh. Rabecca is my VERY BEST FRIEND :))))

Thanks for reading! I will be posting soon about some of the things I made over Christmas break. That coffee can was just a preview... ;)

A Little Piece of My Heart

Finally!

My pictures can now be uploaded. :)

It's been a pain, but I'm happy to be blogging again!!

Recently, I had the misfortune of wrecking my most beloved car. :(

1996.

Black.

2 Door.

Dodge.

Neon.

 "The Death Machine"

I loved my little car soooo much.
I owned it for exactly 2 years. :)

I was lucky enough to save a few important items so that it will always be remembered. :)

The Neon Emblem :)

The Dodge Emblem :)

My MUSTACHES that were on the dash :)))

And...my plastic heart that hung on the mirror :)

Although my little car is gone, I am thankful that I wasn't hurt in the wreck :)

Thanks for reading! More blog posts soon to come!!! :)
